Garden Grove wildlife control tip of the month:

Hello, I was wondering if you could share information with me in regards to bat infestations? My Husband and I have made an offer on a 102 year old home- approx. 6500 sq ft- daylight basement Garden Grove animal control, main floor, second floor and a third floor with crawl spaces. There are 2 small attic closets (one on each end of the 3rd floor) that do not connect with the small crawl spaces inside each 3rd floor bedroom closet. No one has lived in the house Garden Grove animal control for almost 4 years so there has been no maintenance. There are MANY openings all the way around the exterior and interior of the home.....and the 2 chimneys....and WE know our work is cut out for us to seal up all areas! The master bedroom Garden Grove pest control has an enclosed sunroom off of it. It appears that this last fall a few bats had tried to make it a 'bat" home....crawling in through a window that was partially ajar....once in....I don't think they were able to get back out and they died inside Garden Grove pest control there....about 10 bats in all. We did find one other dead bat in the daylight basement at that same time....I don't think it came in the same way as the others though...since the basement has plenty of other opportunities for them to crawl in.....again our Garden Grove pest control work is cut out for us :{ Last week we had a pretty good wind storm and we checked on the house---(the realtor has given us a key to keep an eye on it)--

Now ...the weather is definitely colder this month and it is really cold in the unheated house and YET again....as you can Garden Grove wildlife removal see in the video...another bat was found on the main floor bathroom....obviously looking for water??? It was curled up in a dry sink and I thought it was dead...although I knew it could not have been for long...it was still pretty furry looking (OOOhhh!!)...My Garden Grove wildlife removal Husband nudged it with his fancy make shift sword...the 'ol toilet brush and I about had a cow when the darn thing started hissing at us!! It was really weak. My Husband scooped it up on the brush and set it outside and it later was gone....probably looking for Garden Grove animal trapping its opening again to get back into the house!! What kind of bat is this anyway? Brown bat? Its wing span looked to be about 8 or 9 inches wide and the body was the size of a mouse......makes me shiver!! Isn't this the wrong time of year for bats to be looking Garden Grove animal trapping for a home to roost? Aren't they suppose to be hibernating this time of year or left the area entirely? Why are they in the house? I am terrified to the point that I am almost wanting to back out of the sale!! Do you think that we are infested?? Or do you think Garden Grove exterminator this last bat has been hiding out in the house since fall and just had not died yet? Do you think the chimney/s could be harboring hundreds of them....or would we hear them? I have never heard a sound in the house on all floors..very, very quiet house. What is the Garden Grove exterminator cost to have someone look into this for us ?....and if the place is infested--costs? Guarantees? I am pretty creeped out and any info would be appreciated! Sincerely, Deena
