Hello David, My name is Brian. I live in southeast Norwalk. For the last 4 or 5 days, I had become aware of a "visitor" in our garage. One day, I was opening Norwalk animal control the inside door from the house to the garage, and saw the backside of a medium sized long haired, long tail critter that was hightailing it away from the opening door. The next day, I was getting something out of the Norwalk animal control refrigerator we have in the garage, and whatever it was hissed and shook up the boxes and things out there. It was the size of an adult rat, but it's coat didn't look like a rat's fur. So, I attempted to trap it. After using different kinds of baits in a small sized live trap, I finally did catch it. I would also like to ask you to look at the cause of the problem...a large opening from the base of my garage door to the concrete floor.
