I have previously done some research on this problem but Torrance animal control have never come across a site as detailed and informative as yours. Thank you for the opportunity to contact you.
I live in the country a few miles from Torrance. Twice Torrance animal control in the past six weeks I have heard scampering that is coming from the area between the ceiling of the main floor and under the flooring above in my cottage-style house. On March 24, 2009 I was awakened Torrance pest control by the running and scratching noises very early in the morning - just around dawn; the noise lasted about ten minutes. Last night - May 10 - it happened again around 10:00 p.m. and again lasted about ten Torrance pest control minutes. The noise seems too loud to be mice; it sounds more like I would imagine a single squirrel would as it is bounding back and forth, moving quickly from one end to the other, north to south. The noise comes from overhead in the room where I sleep and spend considerable time during the day, so I think it has happened only on those two occasions.
